This fascinating pack of playing cards tells the story of the epic struggle to gain the vote for women in the early part of the 20th century. Using photographs and images of artefacts from the Museum of London’s extensive archive, the pack documents the history of the British suffragettes’ movement and includes material from the simultaneous and often collaborative activities of the American Suffragists.
