Our graceful carafe has an elegant silhouette and updated French country charm. Slightly smaller and lighter than our tall carafe, it’s perfect for everyday dining. Use it for everything from water, iced tea and lemonade to sangria and margaritas.

ABOUT THIS COLLECTION

Proudly displaying the Napoleon symbol of l’abeille, the bee, this signature La Rochère glass collection sets a joyful table. Recalling a moment in French history, this original bee design is inspired by a famous pattern which belonged to Napoleon. It is also a symbol of the South of France and its magical countryside. The collection’s charming bees and pure, modern silhouette make this ultra-versatile set perfect for both casual entertaining and everyday use.

  ADDITIONAL PRODUCT CARE

La Rochere glass is durable, dishwasher and microwave safe (short period), however we recommend the following care instructions to prolong the clarity of your glassware.

Glass is sensitive to water hardness and may react depending on the water you use. Hard water: a whitish sediment may build up on the glass. This can easily be removed using warm water mixed with white vinegar or lemon juice. Freshwater or acid water (pH < 6): Freshwater may etch the surface of the glass, turning it slightly bluish and opaque over time. To prevent this from occurring, we recommend hand washing glasses so they do not soak too long in water.

Please avoid severe thermal (extreme heat or cold) shocks.

  • What is the best way to remove grease or fingerprints?
Gently rub the traces with a soft cloth containing white vinegar.
  • What is the best way to clean the bottom of a glass or carafe?
Use a bottle brush or pour white vinegar into the glass or carafe and add uncooked rice. Shake energetically. Empty and rinse with warm water.
  • What do you recommend to remove sediments at the bottom of a glass/carafe?
Pour a spoonful of rock salt into the glass along with hot (but not boiling) water mixed with white vinegar and shake energetically to remove the stains. Leave the mixture in the glass overnight to ensure it has been fully cleaned. As an alternative, salted lemon juice may also be used.
